Returns/Refund
If, for any reason, you are not happy with any item(s) you have purchased, please call us as soon as possible on +971 56 3971433 during our regular working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00am-08:00pm GMT+4) or send our Customer Care team an email to contact@maisondmd.com quoting your order number and request for a return.
If you are inside U.A.E our Customer Care team will arrange for a collection of the item(s) at a time that is convenient for you but shipping charges will be applied.
If you are an international customer then you will have to use a shipping company of your choice and send it back to us, shipping charges will be under your responsibility.
The item(s) must come back to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to be able to process any return.
Please note the following return conditions:
All items, including those on sale, can be returned. After you receive your order and until any item(s) returned are received by our Customer Care team, all responsibility of their care and condition sits with you. Any returned item(s) received by our Customer Care team must be in perfect condition so please make sure your item(s) are packaged securely and choose a reputable shipping company if you choose to do so. Item(s) must include their Maison DMD plastic seals, dust bags, authenticity cards, etc. they were packaged with. When our Customer Care team have received your return package, you will receive a confirmation email. In the unlikely event that your returned item(s) are received in an unsuitable or unsellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and will send the item(s) back to you. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, dust bag, plastic seals on hardware and original packing. Products that are damaged due to misuse or incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product will not be replaced, returned or cancelled. Before the dispatch of any products, we ensure that product(s) is 100% in the best condition and properly functioning. Once your item(s) have been approved for return, you will have the following options: store credit or the amount returned to you on your credit/debit card or bank account in case of cash on delivery option.
Shipping cost will not be refundable.
If you opted to have your initials placed on the key holder of the bag, we don’t accept any cancelations or returns of the items.
For any customized clothing that we are doing there is no return, cancelation or replacement once the design is approved by you and we start working on your item.
If you ask for a product replacement, we will confirm the availability of your preferred product and send the new item. You will have to send us the previews item and once received cover the shipping costs for sending you a product replacement.

Please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive the item(s) first and then ship it back to us.
